Winter is a time of introspection and reflection, the perfect time to lessen your pace. Yet the post busyness of life at the beginning of the year can make make late winter feel hectic.
Gift yourself a couple of hours to breathe, move leisurely and reconnect with yourself. This Yoga Workshop is designed to help you find inner peace and balance, providing you with the calm and energy you need to rejuvenate as spring approaches.
Start the workshop with soothing mindful yoga to bring your awareness inwards quietening your mind. Moving into flowing yoga sequences to improve flexibility. Then holding some Yin Yoga poses to release tension, finishing with a blissful guided relaxation.
Venue
Whitelackington Village Hall is a quiet venue, tucked away in a sleepy hamlet. Yet it’s only a short drive to Ilminster and the A303, so it’s easy to drive to.
There is a large free carpark adjacent to the hall.
