Online Yoga

These classes are perfect for busy people who struggle to find the time to do an in-person class.  They’re particularly good for mid-lifers who feel they’re getting more niggly aches and pains as they get older.

You don’t have to be a seasoned yogi to join in.   There are plenty of instructions, including variations to poses, so it’s easy for you to follow along.

“You explain the poses very well and show to screen very thoughtfully. I have never not understood what you are trying to show us”. Alison

If you get bored doing the same yoga routine all the time, you will love the variety. Each week there is a different theme. Plus, there are 5 different classes to choose from. You can easily find a class to suit your ability, mood, the time of the day or your energy levels.

The classes are straightforward, simply presented, without chat or extraneous stuff getting in the way of the teaching.  The recorded class feels just the same as the ‘live’ one and makes it easy to pick up.” Gavin

As the sessions are only 30 minutes long, so it’s simple to slot one into your day. It makes it easy to do several short sessions a week.

You can enjoy the convenience of practising yoga with me in the comfort of your own home or when you are travelling.

Either join in live via Zoom, or you get 7 days to watch the recording on catch up: perfect if you can’t make a live class, or you would rather do yoga at a time to suit you!
